The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached video and photographs in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 115 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Sunday January 15, 2017, at approximately 2:30 a.m. in front of a residence in the vicinity of 108 Street and 38 Avenue, one of the two individuals knocked the 34 year-old male victim to the ground. The individuals then punched and kicked him in the face and body; one of the individuals also hit him in the face with a beer bottle. The victim suffered numerous fractures to his face and was removed to Elmhurst General Hospital in critical but stable condition. The individuals fled in an unknown direction.
- The individuals are described as male Hispanics with dark colored clothing.
