WANTED: Robbery (Manhattan)


The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 83 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Monday December 26, 2017, at approximately 1:34 p.m. inside of 1492 Myrtle Avenue (Kevin Wireless), the individual approached the 16 year-old male employee, displayed a handgun and demanded money. When the employee told the individual there was no money in the store the individual demanded cell phones. The employee complied and gave the individual 4 cell phones. The individual fled the store westbound on Myrtle Avenue.

 The individual is described as a:

  •  Male Hispanic, in his 30s, with a black backpack; last seen wearing a black and gray knit cap, a black hooded coat, blue jeans and white sneakers.
