WANTED: Forcible Touching (Bronx)


The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photographs in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 44 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Tuesday January 3, 2017, at approximately 12:09 p.m. in the vicinity of 153 Street and Gerrard Avenue, the individual engaged the 19 year-old female victim in conversation before he touched her buttocks. When the victim pushed the individual away he pushed her back and then fled southbound on Walton Avenue.

 The individual is described as a:

  • Male Hispanic, 35 to 40 years old, 5’3″, 200lbs and he wore a black backpack.
  • Last seen wearing a gray sweater and dark blue jeans.
