WANTED: Aggravated Harassment (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a person depicted in the attached sketch who is wanted for questioning in connection to making terroristic threats which occurred within the confines of the 19th Precinct/Transit District 4. The details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at approximately 6:00 p.m. a northbound “6” train was heading northbound from Lexington Avenue and East 86th Street when an unidentified male was observed and heard stating “I have a bomb and am not afraid to die” causing panic and alarm. The individual fled the train in unknown direction. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.

Individual is described as a:

  • Male Hispanic who is 25-35 years old, 5’5″- 6’0″.
  • Last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans and a knit hat.
