Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 12:35 p.m. inside of a Sprint store located at 46-31 Greenpoint Avenue, in the confines of the 108th Precinct, two unidentified males entered and approached a 22-year-old female store employee. One of the males produced a firearm and the males demanded cash and merchandise. The employee complied, and the males removed 45 Apple iPhones and $3,500. The unidentified males fled on foot northbound on 47 Street. There were no injuries.
Incident #2 It has been reported to police that on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 5:35 p.m.two unknown individuals entered the T-Mobile store located at 86-16 Queens Boulevard and displayed a black firearm and demanded everyone move to the rear of the store. The individuals removed $600 worth of store property and then fled the location. A store employee attempted to chase after the individuals. One of the individuals discharged his firearm in the direction of the employee. No one was injured. Both individuals fled to parts unknown.
Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 12:15 p.m. inside of a Sprint store located at 37-50 Junction Boulevard, in the confines of the 115th Precinct, two unidentified males entered the store. One of the unidentified males produced a firearm and forced a 29-year-old male store employee, a 21-year-old female store employee, a 43-year-old male customer and a 30-year-old female customer to the back of the store, where they bound them with tape. The unidentified males removed store merchandise and receipts including 218 electronic devices (iPhones, iPads and Samsung cellphones and tablets) and $800 in cash. They also removed $700 cash from the 43-year-old male customer, $400 from the 30-year-old female customer, and $30 from the 21-year-old female employee. The unidentified males fled. The victims refused medical attention at the scene.
Incident #4: It was reported to police that on Sunday December 25, 2016, at approximately 12:00 p.m. inside of a 97-14 Queens Boulevard (Metro PCS), two males with handguns forced 3 male employees, a male customer and a female (a third individual posing as a customer) to the back of the store. Once in the back, the female placed cell phones inside of a bag as one of the male individuals walked to the front of the store and removed cash from the register. A fourth individual, a male, entered the store and removed cell phones from the displays. The male individual who remained in the back of the store placed his gun down and tied the 56 year-old male customer with duct tape. The three male employees (two 18 year-olds and a 21 year-old) then tackled the male individual and subdued him. The female individual and the two males in the front fled the store into a waiting vehicle. The vehicle drove off eastbound on Queens Boulevard. The male individual who was subdued by the employees managed to flee the store in an unknown direction.

- The second individual is a male, black; last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweater, dark colored pants and yellow boots.
- The third individual is a female, black; last seen wearing a pink hat, a black scarf, a black coat and black pants.
- The fourth individual is a male, black, with glasses; last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweater, a dark colored jacket and dark colored pants.
