WANTED: Robbery (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo and video in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 48th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Thursday, December 29, 2016, at approximately 9:34 a.m. the individual entered the Boost Mobile store located at 563 East Tremont Avenue, went behind the counter to remove a cellphone and when the 32-year-old female employee tried to stop him the individual punched her in the face. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction and employee sustained a laceration above her eye, but refused medical attention.

 The individual is a:

  • Male, Hispanic, approximately 30-60 years of age, 5’6″-5’7″, medium complexion.
  • Last seen wearing a green hat, black coat, blue jeans, dark colored glasses and black sneakers.
