WANTED: Homicide (Manhattan)

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to the below homicide within the confines of the 14th Precinct. He is described as follows:

  • Male, black, 6’0″ to 6’2″, in his 20’s to 30’s, goatee,
  • Wearing a heavy black coat, a black cap, black pants, black shoes.

On Saturday, December 17th, 2016 at 2:21 a.m. police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at the corner of West 40th Street & 6th Avenue within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct.  Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his torso unconscious and unresponsive.  EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

 The deceased is identified as Walker, Terrance, a 27 year-old male.
