WANTED: Homicide (Brooklyn)

On Sunday December 4, 2016, at approximately 2117 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a female shot in the vicinity of East 73 Street and Avenue L. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a 25 year-old female unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the head and torso inside of a vehicle. EMS also responded to the scene and pronounced her deceased. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals and vehicle depicted in the attached video and photographs in connection to a homicide that occurred within the confines of the 63 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Sunday December 4, 2016, at approximately 2117 hours, in the vicinity of East 73 Street and Avenue L, an individual walked up to the 25 year-old female’s vehicle and fired multiple shots into the driver’s side window. The victim suffered gunshot wounds to her head and body and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The individual fled westbound on Avenue L inside of gold or tan colored 4 door sedan.

The two individuals are described as males with dark colored clothing. The vehicle is described as a gold or tan colored 4 door Hyundai Elantra.
