The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 120th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Tuesday, December 7, 2016, at approximately 7:00 a.m. the 17-year-old male victim was in his residence when he was notified from his bank that an unknown obtained his debit card information to make several unauthorized withdrawals from his account. The individual entered the TD bank located at 1600 Forest Avenue and withdrew an undetermined amount of cash from the victim’s bank account.
The individual is a:
- Male, light complexion, approximately 20-25 years of age, beard,
- Last seen wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt.
