WANTED: Grand Larceny (Manhattan)

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a grand larceny within the confines of the 13 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It has been reported to police that on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at approximately 2:00 p.m. the individual approached the 54 year-old male victim while on a Manhattan bound “L” train that was stopped inside the 14 Street and 3rd Avenue subway station. The individual proceeded to remove the victim’s Galaxy cell phone and flee. He is described as follows:

  • Male, black, approximately 5’6″, approximately 160lbs.
