WANTED: Forcible Touching Pattern (Manhattan)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached sketch wanted for questioning in connection to forcible touching incidents that occurred within the confines of the 24th, and 20th Precincts. Details are as follows:

 Incident #1 It was reported to police that on Wednesday December 07, 2016, at approximately 9:20 a.m. in the vicinity of Broadway and 96th Street aboard the southbound “1” train in the confines 24th Precinct, an unidentified individual grabbed a 31-year-old female victim’s buttocks. The individual exited the train on 96th Street station.

 Incident# 2. On Wednesday December 07, 2016, at approximately 9:38 a.m. in the vicinity of Broadway and 72nd Street aboard the southbound number “1” train confines 20th precinct, the individual grabbed a 19-year-old female victim’s buttocks and fled outside the 72nd Street station.

He is described as a:

  •  Male Black, 6 feet tall, 20-30 years old, weighing, last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
