WANTED: Attempted Criminal Sex Act (Bronx)

 The above video has been attached in regards to the above incident.


The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to an attempted Criminal Sex Act that occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 12:30 a.m. the victim a 60-year-old female and the individual entered the elevator of a residential building in the vicinity of the Grand Concourse. As the elevator started moving the individual began to masturbate and when the victim exited the elevator at the 3rd floor the individual followed her, put her in a head lock. The victim screamed and the individual fled the building in an unknown direction. The victim refused medical attention and no reported injuries during the incident.

  • The individual is a male, Black, approximately 17-20 years of age, 5’7″, 130 lbs., thin build, light complexion,
  • Last seen wearing a red baseball cap, black sneakers, gray hooded jacket, black jeans and black glasses.
