The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 77 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Monday, December 26, 2016, at 3:15 p.m. in front of 1280 Saint John’s Place, an unknown individual discharged a firearm and shot the 25-year-old male victim in the torso and right arm. The individual then fled on foot eastbound on Saint John’s Avenue towards Schenectady Avenue. The victim was removed via EMS to Kings County Hospital, where he was admitted in critical but stable condition.
The individual is described as a:
- Male Black, approximately 5’8″ tall, 265 pounds, with a heavy build,
- Last seen wearing a green baseball hat, a black mask covering his face, a dark blue bubble jacket and black pants.
