WANTED: Sexual Abuse (Brooklyn)

3366-16-tsv-70-pct-sex-abuse-10-16-16-photoThe New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photograph in connection to a sexual abuse incident that occurred within the confines of the 70 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Sunday October 16, 2016, at approximately 1:20 a.m., the individual rubbed his privates on the 55-year-old female victim’s shoulder while she slept aboard a southbound “Q” train as it entered the Church Avenue station. The individual fled the train at the station and once on the street he continued westbound on Church Avenue.

The individual is described as a male Hispanic, 45 years old, 5’2, 160lbs; last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, a dark colored baseball cap and white and black sneakers.
