WANTED: Forcible Touching (Manhattan)

3378-16-forcible-touching-25-pct-td3-10-24-16-photoThe New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual wanted for questioning in connection for a forcible touching in transit within the confines of the 28th Precinct/Transit District 3. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Monday, October 24, 2016, at 7:30 a.m., the 47-year-old female victim was entering the 110th Street Station/ Central Park North at 2/3 train station when an unidentified male approached her from behind and grabbed her pelvic area. The male fled the subway system in unknown direction. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
