The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to an assault that occurred within the confines of the Midtown North Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at 1:40 a.m. the victim a 23-year-old male was walking eastbound on W49 Street between 9 and 10 Avenue, when he was approached by three individuals who threw the victim to the ground and kicked him about his body. The individuals then fled westbound on W49 Street towards 10 Avenue. EMS responded and treated the victim for his injuries.
- The individuals are male, Black, approximately 20-years of age, dark complexion.
