WANTED: Public Lewdness (Queens)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo wanted for questioning in regards to public lewdness that occurred, in transit, within the confines of the 107th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to the police that on Monday, September 12, 2016 at approximately 7:20 p.m. the victim, a 24-year-old female was boarded the south bound “R” train enroute to 34th Street and 8th Avenue, when an unidentified individual sitting across from her with a black knapsack on his lap was manipulating his private parts. The victim then took a picture of the male with her cellphone before exiting the train at Roosevelt Avenue subway station.

The individual is described as: 

  • Male Black, approximately 36-years-old, 5’8″ tall, 160lbs., brown eyes and bald. 
  • Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, tan boots and black backpack.
