WANTED: Grand Larceny Pattern (Queens)

2757-16-fctf-109-pct-photoThe New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male seen in the attached surveillance photos in connection with a two-incident grand larceny pattern within the confines of the 109th and 112th Precinct. Details are as follows:

 Incident #1: On Friday, July 22, 2016, a 53-year-old male victim reported to police in the confines of the 112th Precinct that he had detected unauthorized activity on his credit/debit card. The unidentified male was subsequently observed on ATM/bank surveillance at a Citibank located at 38-11 Main Street, in the confines of the 109th Precinct, using the victim’s card on July 15, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. to make an unauthorized withdrawal in the amount of $503, which posted to the victim’s account.

Incident #2: On Thursday, August 11, 2016, a 35-year-old male victim reported to police in the confines of the 109th Precinct that he detected unauthorized activity on his credit/debit card. The unidentified male was subsequently observed on ATM/bank surveillance at a Citibank located at 107-01 71st Avenue, in the confines of the 112th Precinct, using the victim’s card on August 7, 2016 at 1100 hours to make an unauthorized withdrawal in the amount of $520, which posted to the victim’s account.
