WANTED: Forcible Touching (Queens)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 110 Precinct. Details are as follows:

¬†It was reported to police that on Wednesday September 7, 2016, at approximately¬†6:24 p.m. in the mezzanine area of the 74 Street “7” subway station, the suspect leaned over and fondled the 21 year-old female victim as she walked past him. Another passenger took a picture of the suspect with her cell phone as he fled the station.

  • The individual is described as a male white or Hispanic, in his 30s, 5’8″, medium build.
  • Last seen wearing a light colored shirt, white pants, black shoes, a black baseball cap and sunglasses.
