WANTED: Forcible Touching (Manhattan)


The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the following individual wanted in regards to forcible touching incident within the confines of the 33 Precinct. The details are as follows.

 It was reported to police that on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. the victim, a 22-year-old female, was entering her residence in the vicinity Saint Nicholas Avenue and West 163 Street, when an unknown individual approached from her from behind and attempted to hug the victim. The individual then preceded to touch the victims buttocks and breasts over her clothing. Upon doing so, the victim pushed the subject off her and the subject fled the building to parts unknown. There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.

 The individual is described as:

  • An adult male black, last seen wearing black sneakers, grey sweatpants with black vertical stripes, a gray t-shirt, a multi-colored button down shirt and a green baseball cap.
