WANTED: Criminal Impersonation (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Hispanic male to assist with inquiries into a criminal impersonation that occurred in the confines of the 43 Precinct. Details are as follows:

 At approximately 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 an 18-year-old female victim was approached by a male after she entered the subway system at Westchester Avenue and Grant Circle. The male stated that he was a police officer and that the female had illegally entered the subway system for which he would issue her a summons. He also stated that if the victim performed a sexual act he would not give her the ticket. The victim declined and then fled on foot.

  •  The male is Hispanic, 5’3″, 220lbs, and bald.
