The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to an assault that occurred within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Friday, August, 19, 2016, at 11:45 a.m. the victim a 75-year old male was on the southbound “2” train when he and the individual had a verbal dispute. When the train pulled into the 7 Avenue and 42 Street station the individual hit the victim on the head with her shoe and then fled the station in an unknown direction. The victim sustained a laceration on his head and went to Lenox Hill hospital for his injury.
The individual is a:
- Female, Black approximately 25-years of age, 5’7″, 120 lbs., brown eyes, long black hair, medium complexion, last seen wearing a white dress.
