The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual seen in the attached surveillance photos in connection with a grand larceny within the confines of the 120th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. the victim, a 67-year-old female, left her wallet unattended at the counter area of a Dunkin Donuts located at 770 Forest Avenue. The unidentified male subsequently removed the wallet, which contained several credit and debit cards, from the counter area and proceeded to make numerous unauthorized transactions at various Staten Island locations totaling $384.64. The unauthorized purchases include $35.24 at a Burger King located at 20 Willowbrook Road, Staten Island; $41.00 worth of Gatorade, Newport cigarettes and cigars at a 7-Eleven located at 1705 Richmond Avenue; and $42.95 at Bagels Bread & Butter located 732 Forest Avenue, all of which occurred on August 7, 2016.
