WANTED: Public Lewdness (Brooklyn)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to a public lewdness incident that occurred within the confines of the 84 Precinct. The photograph was taken by the victim with her cell phone. Details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Wednesday July 20, 2016, at approximately 6:10 p.m. aboard of a northbound “2” train at the Court Street station, the suspect sat across from the 25 year-old female victim, made eye contact with her and exposed his genitals. When the victim took out her cell phone to take a picture of the suspect, he walked off the train at the Borough Hall station.

 The individual is described as:

  •  Male black or black Hispanic, 40 to 50 years old.
  •  Last seen wearing a black tank top, blue jeans and light colored sneakers with red shoelaces.
