The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to a forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 107th Precinct. Details are as follows:
Incident 1: (66 Pct) It was reported to the police that on Monday, July, 11,2016, at 8:15 a.m. both the individual and the victim a 33-year-old female, entered the subway station at 169 Street and Hillside Avenue, “F.” Both the victim and the individual detrained at 713 Canton Avenue, the individual then followed the victim to a deli located 623 Canton Avenue. The victim went to the freezer and the individual approached her behind and used his cellphone to take a picture under the victim’s dress.
Incident 2: (107 Pct) When the victim left the store to get back on the “F” train traveling back to Queens the individual followed her. When the train approached the 169 Street subway station as the victim was exiting the train the individual smacked her on the buttocks. The individual remained on the train.
The individual is a:
- Male, Black, approximately 28-years of age, 5’8″, tall, 170 lbs, dark complexion, black hair, brown eyes,
- Last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black sneakers, black jacket, and black shorts.
