The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 109 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Monday, March 21, 2016 inside of a “TD” bank located at 640 Pelham Parkway South, an unknown individual cashed a forged check worth $ 1,300.00 without permission or authority before fleeing the scene.
The individual is described as:
- Female black, 20-30 years old with long black hair
- She last seen wearing a black coat, purple dress and brown boots
