The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a bank robbery pattern within the confines of the 19th and 20th Precinct. Details are as follows:
In each case, the individual enters the location and passes a note demanding cash. The following has been reported to police:
- 1: On Monday, June 20, 2016 at approximately 4:41 p.m. the individual entered HSBC Bank, located at 1340 3rd Avenue, and removed $2,615 in cash from the location.
- 2: On Thursday, June 23, 2016 at approximately 4:08 p.m. the individual entered Valley National Bank, located at 1569 3rd Avenue, and removed $1.430 in cash.
- 3: On Monday, June 27, 2016 at approximately 1:06 p.m. the individual entered Citibank, located at 162 Amsterdam Avenue, but fled with no proceeds.
The individual is described as follows:
- Male, white, 25 to 30 years-old, approximately 5’8″, approximately 170lbs.
