The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individuals depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 10:45 a.m. the suspects forced their way into an apartment on East 141 Street, in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx, and zip-tied the 39-year-old victim, leaving her twin 2-year-old sons alone. The suspects then removed an undetermined amount of money, rings, bracelets and necklaces. The suspects then fled the apartment. The victim received a minor laceration to her leg when one of the suspects cut off the zip-tie on her leg so she could show them where the money was but refused medical attention on scene.
- The suspects are two dark skinned Hispanic males, 20-30 years old, one with a thin build, the other with a heavy build.
