WANTED: Public Lewdness (Queens)

The New York Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying an individual depicted in the attached photo who is wanted for questioning in connection to a public lewdness incident which occurred within the confines of the 100th Precinct. The details are as follows:

 It was reported to police that on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at approximately 9:50 a.m. a 41-year-old female was on the southbound “A” train when a suspect approached her and attempted to kiss her lips. The victim pushed the suspect away who then exposed his penis. When the victim exited the train at Mott Avenue subway station, he followed her into a grocery store and then into a McDonalds before he fled the location on foot. The victim was not hospitalized as a result of this incident.

Individual is described as:

  •  Male Black who is 30-35 years old, 190-195lbs, 5’9″-5’11”, with brown eyes and a mustache.
  •  Last seen wearing a red baseball cap with the letter “A” on it, a red Nike hooded sweatshirt, brown and black pants, black sneakers and he was carrying a black bag.
