The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photographs in connection to a burglary that occurred, in transit, within the confines of the 40th Precinct. The details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at approximately 8:55 p.m. an unknown individual did enter concession stand at the 138th Street and 3rd Avenue subway station by crawling through an unsecure interior door and removed 240 lotto scratch-off cards worth $480 and $494 from drawer. The individual then fled the location to parts unknown. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as:
- Male Hispanic, with black curly hair and last seen wearing a gray skull cap, black boots, gray sweater and black jeans.
