The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying two individuals depicted in the attached photos in connection to two robberies which occurred within the confines of the 19th and 22nd Precinct. The details are as follows:
Incident#1 (22Pct): It was reported to police that on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at approximately 1:30 p.m. a 17-year-old male was walking in the vicinity of East Drive and Transverse Road Number Two when he was approached at knife point by two suspects who demanded his property. The victim was then punched in the back of the head and was pushed to the ground and kicked by both suspects. The suspects removed the victim’s wallet containing $150 and fled the location on foot.
Incident#2 (19Pct): It was reported to police that on Monday, April 18, 2016 at approximately 12:30 a.m. a 73-year-old male was followed by two suspects who approached the victim as he was entering his residence in the vicinity of 2nd Avenue and East 81st Street. Suspects displayed a knife and took the victim’s cellphone and $200 and fled on foot.
Person of Interest#1:
- Male Hispanic who is 16-20 years old, last seen wearing a wearing a shirt with black long sleeves and black and white print on the front, dark blue jeans and sneakers.
Person of Interest#2:
- Male Hispanic who is 16-20 years old, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans and black shoes.
