WANTED: Robbery (Manhattan)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the two individuals depicted in the attached surveillance video and photos in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 33 Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at 7:50 p.m. the suspects knocked on a door of a home on West 164 Street, in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan, and when Victim #1, an 87-year-old female, answered the door they pushed their way in. One of the suspects went into the rear bedroom where he struck Victim #2, a 21-year-old male, in the head with a firearm and tied him up. The suspects then removed an undetermined amount of cash and fled the location. Victim #2 refused medical attention on scene.

  • Suspect #1 is a black male in his mid-twenties, 6′ tall weighing 250 pounds.
  • Suspect #2 is a Hispanic male, also in his mid-twenties, 5’7″ tall weighing 180 pounds.
