The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos in regards to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to the police that on Thursday, March, 31,2016, at 11:35 a.m. the victim a 64-year-old male was entering a building within in the vicinity of Metropolitan Avenue when two individuals approached him and strikes him in the head with an unknown object causing bleeding and lacerations. The individuals then took the victim’s bag and fled in an unknown direction. The victim was treated and released from Jacobi hospital for his injuries.
The individuals are:
- Male, Blacks, medium complexion, last seen wearing white sneakers, and a multi-colored jacket.
