WANTED: Attempted Rape (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying the following individual depicted in the attached photos and video wanted for questioning in connection to an attempted rape incident which occurred within the confines of the 50th Precinct. The details are as follows:

It was reported to police that on Monday, April 11, 2016 at approximately 2:00 a.m. in the vicinity of West Kingsbridge Road and Webb Avenue, a 47-year-old female victim was followed by an individual. When  the victim reached the corner of Webb Avenue and Eames Place, the individual grabbed her from behind and pulled down her pants. The victim screamed and punched the suspect who fled eastbound on Eames Place. The victim was not hospitalized as a result of this incident.

Individual is described as:

  • Male in his mid-twenties and was last seen wearing a black du-rag, black and red jacket, black pants and black, red and white sneakers.
