The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying the following person in connection with an assault within the confines of the 44 Precinct. The circumstances are as follows:
It has been reported to police that on Friday, February 26, 2016 at approximately 8:00 p.m. the individual approached the 36 year-old male victim in the vicinity of Grand Concourse and Marcy Place. The individual proceeded to display a knife and stab the victim in the back one time. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition. The male is described as follows:
- Male, Hispanic, approximately 30 years-old, approximately 6’1″, approximately 180lbs, short hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie.
