WANTED: Forcible Touching (Bronx)

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photos in regards to a  forcible touching that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct. Details are as follows:

It was reported to the police that on Monday, March, 7, 2016 at 3:55 p.m. the individual did follow the victim a 16-year-old female into the back locker room of the Stop & Shop located at 961 East 174 Street and forcibly grabbed her hips and placed his hands underneath her dress touching her thigh. The victim screamed and the individual to fleed the location.

The individual is:

  • Male, Black approximately 35-years-old, 160lbs, 5’5″, medium complexion, brown eyes, brown hair.
  • Last seen wearing a black vest, black jeans and a lazy black eye.
