The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individuals depicted in the attached surveillance photos which show a male and a female using a stolen Metrocards. The metro card was stolen during a robbery, in transit, within the confines of the 90 Precinct. Details are as follows:
On Friday, January 15, 2016, at 4:30 a.m. the victim, a 38-year-old male, was on the north bound “L” train platform at the Morgan Avenue station when the suspect, who was armed with a gun, approached him and demanded his property. The suspect then went through the victim’s pockets and removed debit cards, credit cards, a Metrocard and an Apple iPad. The suspect then fled the scene. There were no reported injuries.
