WANTED: Possible Bias Assault (Brooklyn)

 

The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance video in regards to an assault that occurred, in transit, within the confines of the 70 Precinct. Details are as follows:

On Friday, February 5, 2016, at 2145 hours, the victim, a 44-year-old male, was on the south bound platform of the “D” and “Q” line, at the Church Avenue subway station, when the suspect approached him, punched him in the face and uttered anti-white statements. The suspect the fled the train station. The victim refused medical aid on scene.
