The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 114 Precinct. Details are as follows:
On Thursday January 28, 2016, at approximately 8:25 p.m. inside of 23-02 31 Street in Queens (Investors Bank), the suspect used a card with the 28 year-old female victim’s bank information on it to make unauthorized withdrawals at an ATM. The suspect withdrew approximately $649. The victim was still in possession of her debit card at the time of the transactions.
The individual is described as:
- Male, with a beard, last seen wearing a dark colored jacket and dark colored ski cap.
