The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regards to a local grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 102 Precinct. Details are as follows:
Incident 1: On Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 5:00 a.m. the victim a 55-year-old female left her apartment while two individuals were painting inside her apartment on 90th Street and upon returning home discovered that $800 cash and a flatscreen television was removed.
Incident 2: On Friday, January, 22, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. the victim a 30-year-old male found an ad for apartment rental on Craig’s list at 90th Street, the victim met with the individual at the location, where he gave the individual money in order rent the apartment.
Incident 3: On Friday, January, 22,2016 at 7:00 p.m. the victim a 21-year-old male did meet with the individual to rent an apartment on 90th Street, the individual did take money from the victim as a security deposit.
Incident 4: On Saturday, January, 23, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. the victim a 52-year-old male did meet with the individual and gave him money with the intension of renting an apartment on 90th Street.
Incident 5: On Sunday, January, 31,2016, at 4:00 p.m. the victim a 25-year-old female did meet the individual and gave money under the pretense that the individual did have an apartment for rent on 90th Street.
The individual is a:
- 33-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’8″ tall, 165lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, and light complexion.
