WANTED: Forcible Touching (Bronx)

The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual in connection to a forcible touching, in transit, within the confines of the 47th Precinct/TD #12. Details are as follows:

On Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at approximately 6:26 p.m. the 38-year-old female victim was on board a northbound “5” train approaching the Baychester subway station, when an unknown male individual approached her from behind and rubbed himself against her body multiple times. The victim exited the train at the Baychester subway station and while the individual remained onboard. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as follows:

  • Male, black, 50 to 60-years-old, heavy set, wearing a black baseball hat with the logo “Evergreen” on it. The individual was also seen carrying a black bag over his shoulder.
