WANTED: Attempted Robbery (Brooklyn)

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photographs in connection to an attempted robbery that occurred within the confines of the 83rd Precinct (Brooklyn). Details are as follows:

On Sunday February 21, 2016, at approximately 1:09 p.m. inside of 644 Bushwick Avenue (BP Gas Station), the suspect approached the counter, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the 63 year-old male employee. When the employee refused the suspect’s demands he fled the location in an unknown direction.

The individual is described as:

  • Male, 5’9″-5’10”, medium build, last seen wearing a black ski mask, blue gloves, a dark colored hooded sweater, a red shirt, dark colored pants and dark colored sneakers.
