WANTED: Assault (Queens)

353-16 108 PCT ASSAULT

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a person of interest wanted for questioning with regards to an assault that occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2016 on the Queens-bound E-Train at Jackson Ave and Queens Boulevard in the confines of the 108th Precinct.

The 31-year-old male victim and the person of interest had a verbal altercation. The POI then struck the victim with a wooden stick causing a laceration to his lip and an abrasion to the right side of his head. The POI then fled the train on foot. The victim was transported to New York Presbyterian in stable condition.

  • The POI is a male White, 6’1″, 120 lbs, with brown hair.
