The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the suspect wanted for an assault within the confines of the 43 Precinct (Bronx). Details are as follows:
On Thursday, January 28,2016, at 9:10 a.m., an unknown male Hispanic who was accompanied by two unknown females exchanged words with the victim, a 17-year-old male black, in front of the Stop One deli located at 610 Castle Avenue. As the victim was exiting the establishment the suspect did proceed to shoot the victim once in the right shoulder, before fleeing southbound on Castle Avenue. The victim was transported to Jacobi Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
The suspect is a:
- Male Hispanic, approximately 17-20 years-old.
