On Sunday, November 1, 2015, at approximately 5:22 am, police responded to a call of a male shot at Atlantic Avenue and Albany Avenue, in the confines of the 81st Precinct (Brooklyn). Upon arrival, officers discovered a 46 year-old male seated in a car at the location with gunshot wounds to the arm and torso. EMS responded and transported the male to Interfaith Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the circumstances and location of where Fitzgerald McBride was shot. Mr. McBride was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his arm and torso inside of his vehicle, a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, which was parked in front of Interfaith Hospital.
