The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following suspect who is wanted in connection with a burglary which occurred within the confines of the 107 Precinct Queens). The details are as follows:
On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at approximately 7:42 pm, the suspect entered a residence in the vicinity of 73rd Avenue and 150th Street and confronted the victim, a 48-year-old male in the living room. Once inside, the suspect then struck the victim with a metal object on his head causing a laceration and fled to unknown location without any property. The victim was taken to New York Hospital for his injury and then released. There were no other injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The suspect wanted is:
- McGarvie, James, residing at 160-30 76 Avenue Queens, NY
- Male white, 5’10” tall, 220lbs., with brown eyes, light skin, short hair
- Last seen wearing white sneakers, white tank-top and black jeans.
